It was a sunny day in Danville. The birds were chirping, the wind was creating a gentle breeze, and not a cloud was in the sky. Down the street from the Flynn-Fletcher household, Natasja De Wit was in her backyard. She smiled down at her flowers, gently picking one and holding it up to her nose, inhaling gently.

She hummed in content, and turned around when she heard a throat cleared behind her. She smiled when she saw her best friend, Ferb Fletcher, standing in the doorway.

"Hey" she smiled

"Hey" he replied, taking a few steps towards her

She narrowed her eyes curiously, stepping towards him with a curious grin

"What are you hiding behind your back?"

He chuckled softly and pulled out his hand to reveal two tickets

"I've got two tickets to the game this Sunday" he informed her "Want to come with me?"

"Of course!" She exclaimed eagerly, her small grin becoming wider

Well, I've got two tickets to the game
It'd be great if I could take you to it this Sunday
And I'll walk you home when the whole thing's done
If you're there, I don't even care which team won
We can stop at the coffee shop
And make fun of the cops in the parking lot
We can laugh as we both pretend
That we're not in love and that we're just good friends

"Want to stop for a drink?" he offered softly

"Sure" she smiled

He pushed the door open and gestured her inside, and she lead him to a booth. They sat and soon their orders were taken and the waitress hurried away. Ferb let out a snort of a laugh, covering his mouth with his hands.

"What's funny?" she smiled

He pointed over her shoulder, at a police man chasing a doughnut around the parking lot. She burst into laughter and reached over, placing her hands over his on the table. He opened his eyes to meet her gaze and she smiled at him

"Thank you" she smiled "For everything. This has been fun"

Ferb offered no reply, only smiling in response

Ferb smiled

"I'm taking Tasja to Nickelback" he dug through his pocket and revealed two tickets "I haven't told her yet. It's a surprise"

"Awesome" Phineas grinned, digging through his pockets "I'm doing the same with Dallas"

Ferb smiled

"She'll love that"

Saturday, I'm gonna take her out
Cause her favorite band is gonna play downtown
Gonna sing the song we've all heard of
About those two young friends that should've fell in love
Later on, we'll cut through the park
And she can hold my hand, cause she hates the dark
And we can laugh as we both pretend
That we're not in love and that we're just good friends

"So, did you enjoy that?" Ferb murmured

"It was amazing!" Natasja exclaimed happily, recoiling and latching her hand onto Ferb's when something rustled in the bushes

Ferb chuckled and gently squeezed her hand, and she smiled, blushing slightly.

"Were? You're crazy" she giggled "We still are. We never stopped being crazy"

He chuckled

"Yea, I guess you're right"

"Thank you for the concert last night"

"No problem" he replied softly

Sitting side by side in the full moonlight
I pulled her close, just to hold her tight

Cause she cut me off and finally said it first

Both were silent, and Ferb slowly reached over, wrapping his arm around her waist and pulling her close. She sighed softly in content and snuggled close to him. He looked down at her and chewed his lip, trying to fin the right words to say.

She looked up and smiled at him

"Hey Ferb" she said after a few minutes

"Yes?"

"I love you" she stated "and... I know you love me too because on your birthday you told me when you were drunk..."

He blushed

"I was hoping you wouldn't remember that" he chuckled "I'm such a dork when I'm drunk, and that's not the way I wanted to tell you"

She shrugged, a smile on her face

"Well, I thought it was sweet"
